The building now known as the Hartwood Restaurant was once owned by the Harmar Coal Mine. In 1988 Donald and Molly Montgomery purchased the building and moved their Bookstore from The Fox Chapel Plaza.
The Hartwood Restaurant is also home to Whispers Pub. Serving the best pub food, burgers, beers on tap and a great atmosphere. So have a few drinks, browse through a book and have a bite to eat. Your experience will be like no other.
